I’ve got approved this new wayspot on the game but it’s clearly 100 or 150 meters away from its original position, I don’t know if I messed up with it or it was somebody else.

Your suggested location looks incorrect - 46.211823, 13.220093 seems to match the picture better - but without streetview, it is hard to be sure.
If it is roughly where you have said, it is inaccurate by about 180 metres, which is a lot.
You will need to contact help chat, as this is too much to be moved in-game. I keep losing that link!
No one did scan with streetview the park, but it’s there from 2020. The sign is new (about 2 or 3 weeks). Years ago I resolved a similar issue (the wayspot was a statue and it was moved for about 30 or 40 meters) inside this forum.

Given the lack of streetview, I would take a video confirming the location and share this wuth help chat. This could tie back to something that is definitely visible on streetview or satellite mages.

The chat bot process is slightly problematic, based on comments in this forum, but I haven’t used it myself so am unable to comment properly on that.
Sometimes people are pointed towards Request modification or removal of a PokéStop or Gym – Pokémon GO, which isn’t ideal as it is targeted at removals, but I think you can use it. Just pick anything for removal reason and then make sure you include an explanation of what you are actually trying to do.
I believe you get an automated response asking for ownership proof, which you then ignore, and then get a channel for communication. Tagging @cyndiepooh as she knows more about this than me and can confirm if I am talking sense or nonsense
