Guys my account was banned for 30 because i got a picture from google, im 14yo and im not allowed to leave home so i went on google maps and got a picture of a local gazebo at ebb tides villa and yes i know its wrong but i hopping i can get my acvount back because my parents bought me a bus ticket to go to the gymnasium in and im banned so i cant go and my parents would have wasted money so please unban me i know i messed up.

When you submit a wayspot through Pokémon Go, the game interface quite clearly tells you not to use third party photos. This is also covered in the wayfarer guidelines on the wayfarer website. This is considered one of the more serious offences because it infringes on copyright, which can have potential legal consequences.
You willingly ignored this message when you made your submission, so I would say it’s unlikely that your ban would be overturned and that you will likely have to take this as a learning experience.

It is good to read that you have now realised that you have done something that is wrong.
Those as young you should have a child account. Children accounts are not allowed access to wayfarer. This arrangement is place for a good reason.
Following the rules and staying within that framework is something we all need to learn.

But im not allowed to home and still wanna nominate stops and i know i did the wrong thing but im hopping niantic forgives me.
And also I didn’t even know what third party images are I just thought they were images with people in it.
Third-party image : Anything not owned by Niantic or You.
If you can’t leave home, it will be hard to nominate wayspots and even harder to use them.
