I will stop commenting here. Aaron has communicated with them, and there is nothing more that I can do for them. I just don’t want anyone to come across this post and get wrong ideas about how punishments and bans work.
That isn’t what happened and don’t pretend that it is. Niantic clearly emailed you from a nianticlabs.com email address.

You came on here on the forum for further details. NianticAron replied here on the forum with further details… I dont know what else you want if you won’t accept that as a valid response.
You are far too focused on where the email came from, and not nearly enough on what the email says. My suggestion is that you reflect on your actions in Wayfarer/Pokémon GO and learn from your mistakes.
Until you’re willing to accept that, there’s not much anybody can do to help you.
