It is almost certainly blocked by an existing pokestop/gym, as Pokemon Go was density rules that it uses to choose with wayspots to use an active features. It might get used as a powerspot, depending on how close it is to existing pokestops.

Dein Wayspot kann kein Pokestop oder Arena werden, weil Anno Domini bereits in der Zelle liegt und ein Pokestop ist. In diesem Fall kannst du nichts machen, aber dein Wayspot kann zur Kraftquelle werden.
