The Playground gym located at 43°09’24.7"N 79°28’17.5"W never hosts a raid. This gym is located in a public park, so no reason for it to be excluded.

This is a pokemon issue not a wayfarer one. Have you tried the pokemon go reddit? Or the silphroad reddit?
My understanding is that Wayfarer can tell me if raids have been turned off by request?

We have removed raids from this Gym at the request of someone living in close proximity of this location.

And there’s no way to appeal? I’m not sure it’s fair for raids to be turned off from one request, especially when it’s not a property owner. Who knows if the original complainant even lives there anymore. Can an address be provided?

I’m sure you have policies in place to ascertain that at the time of the request, but how do you know they haven’t moved since?
We don’t. We assume that they continue to live at the same address unless we hear back from the same person.
That’s my point. You won’t let local residents appeal, but you alter gyms based on a single request and don’t know whether it’s still valid. The process needs to change.
