No Way to Appeal Raid Removal from Gyms

My local Gym has had raids removed at the request of “someone living nearby”. There needs to be a better process put in place to 1) not approve requests based on a single complaint when the complainant is not the property owner (if it’s a safety issue, the gym should be removed; it’s unfair to turn raids off but leave the gym if not), and 2) provide a way for other local residents to appeal.
