They might most likely be too close or on the same cel on another Pokestop/Gym. But they might have potential to become Power Spots in the future.

They are in the same cell as S—— Mandir and so won’t appear.
They area looks like private residential property which would not be eligible.
And the murals don’t seem quite right :thinking:.

Reverse image search is showing two exact matches for the Charizard mural at 11.649208, 92.740011 (one on Facebook, and one on the artist’s Instagram page). I don’t have Instagram, so trying to find out more details about it is basically impossible (if you try to tap anything, it tells you to install the app to view more, and I don’t want the app).

Given that the photo appears to be taken from the internet, that makes me naturally suspicious of the other murals in the area.
