I don’t get why they need cultural refrence or uniqueness from a garden, a garden is a place to explore so why?
This is infuriating it’s reviewed by human reviewers? For a garden?
There is a significant difference between a business that sells plants, which this is, and a garden which people go to to visit which is often a formal visitor attraction.
When your wayspot submission is of a business, you need to justify why it deserves to be a wayspot, not make any exaggerated claims and provide evidence to support your claims.
Most reviewers, on seeing a business that sells plants and being told it is a garden where people go jogging, will see this as the equivalent of false advertising. If it is actually a place where people go jogging and for leisure purposes, you need to provide evidence of this, not just claim it.

This looks like a nursery not a garden. Calling it it a garden is misrepresentation. It has correctly been rejected imo.

So if clearly mention it as a plant selling garden will that follows the criteria to be a stop by justifying with few reasons?
What about the photo? Should i retake it as well as correct the description?
Well i had this doubt for awhile how long it take to remove a gym after reporting with proof?
And if that gym is removed from that cell does that make any 2-3 stops existing in there to become a gym the next day or what?

I agree that I do not like the way the rejection reason displays. But we are fairly certain about this:
You will have to convince that this meets any of the core criteria of a great place to exercise, explore, or be social. Otherwise, it will continue to be rejected as a generic business. This appears to be a correct rejection to me.
You can use the same photo if you want to, since it was not an “automated process” rejection. But if reviewers have already rejected it once, they will probably reject it again.

There’s no store inside it’s almost covers a large area as for any any average to large house does these days.
They sell it near there home, there’s no stall for it.
I can’t tell you how long it will take for the report to be processed. Sometimes an easy report will be processed the same day. Sometimes it may take several weeks.
If the gym is removed before the cutoff time that day and the conditions to have a gym are still fulfilled, at pokestop will be promoted at the next daily sync. It may be the next day if the timing is wrong.
The store doesn’t have to be “inside.” This photo shows a very common set up for an outdoor plant store.

Not automatically a place with no cultural value. It’s possible for a garden centre to have cultural value. It would need a good submission and evidence, but it can’t be ruled out immediately.
[Edit - some of the garden centres near me are wayspots. Obviously it’s possible they shouldn’t be, but these are places where people go as a day out.]
Of course there’s no such thing as categorical eligibility, but in all my years of reviewing, I have never seen a submission for a garden center that I would vote to approve.
I think you are in a part of the world that had a lot of imported pokestops. Often businesses were used for these that do not meet criteria. You cannot go by what you see in game for your own submissions. The main core criteria is that something has to be a great place for exercise, exploration, or being social. Please read up on criteria:

no, and i could be wrong about this, so will stop making suggestions. the point still stands that you can’t just go by existing wayspots when you submit. please read the criteria.
Not having gym nearby is not removal criteria.
Before you attempt to remove this mosque, be sure to learn how s2 cell works. Is it missplaced or is it imported? Power station might have mosque for its employee. If its missplaced, you can correct its location instead of removing.
There’s this old mosque there which isnt a spot. But im sure ppl don’t use it now days, cuz there’s another mosque at a better place having gym .so im pretty sure ut be okay to remove then.
