Hi I had nominated my Gogama Heritage tree and Pioneer Garage and Niantic team had placed it in voting only two days later had the AI to not accept it.

You cannot appeal a rejected nomination on the forum. We get two appeals, each on a 15 day counter before we can use them again. If you do not see the “Appeal” button on your contribution at https://wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/new/nominations then you do not have one to use.
If you saw this in Niantic Review, then it was rejected by staff, not the “automated process”. Both kinds of emails will say it was a decision by “our team”. The “automated process” rejection will be for not meeting wayfarer criteria. A decision by staff will say something else.
I do not understand this nomination. Can you supply screenshots of the contribution and give us the gps coordinates? Those will be located after the photos in the submission email, if you still have that.

I see you are still having difficulty submitting and getting things approved.
Submitting the tree is a difficult thing to do. You have described it as a “heritage tree”. Have the towns officials given it special recognition with a plaque? Ideally you need a plaque or some other documentation to prove this status.
You need something similar for the garage. It sounds an interesting place if it goes back to those early days. Have they a display of old photographs at the garage?
When you nominate object, you need to provide proof especially if the object is unique. Otherwise people might think you are submitting random tree and making up story
