Last month I got 4 nominations approved, 3 were clearly in their own s2 cell L17 and 25 meter apart, and appear for ingress but didn’t show up for monster hunters or pokemon go. I wonder if it has anything to do with scopely buying the other games.
Or is there a rule I’m missing? I even tried to upload photos using ingress.

If they are indeed in otherwise unoccupied Level 17 S2 Cells, it could be possible that a local landowner or property owner made a complaint to Niantic in the past about Pokémon Go players, and that as a result, Niantic have blocked that location from having Pokéstops or Gyms. The wayfarer staff are sometimes willing to confirm if this is indeed what has happened.
If you feel comfortable, please share the names and coordinates of the wayspots in question.

In addition for games like monster Hunter now, unlike Pokémon go and ingress, there is currently no regular sync with the database.
Both location have a good number os wayspot, I don’t believe anywhere here complained about players. All public spots near parks.
