Hi ! I’ve been submitting waystops for a few years now, I received the monthly stats e-mail before but now I don’t seem to be getting them, I can’t find the older e-mails so I can’t pinpoint when I stopped receiving them but I didn’t do anything to stop receiving them, would it be possible to fix this ? Maybe force send the July one ?
I still receive the submitting and results e-mail.
I do have the emails enabled in Pokemon GO, but not in Pikmin Bloom, does that make a difference ?

Thanks for writing in.
Please make sure that you have the “Email me events, offers, and updates” setting turned on. If it was already on and you did not receive the emails in previous months, please turn it off and on again to reset the settings.
You can follow the below steps to turn on the in-App settings:
-Open the Pokémon GO app
-Select the PokéBall at the bottom middle of the screen
-Select “Settings” on the top right
-Scroll about a third of the way down and select “Account”
-Scroll all the way down to the “Other” section
-Toggle on the “Email me events, offers, and updates” setting

I see that the Wayfarer Recognition Email was delivered to the email address connected through the Google log in method to your game account on July 6th at 11:15:42 PM UTC.
Please check your spam folder as the message may have been delivered there.
