it has been done. On a related note is there some way to sign up for emails from PokemonGo for events & etc?
In previous troubleshooting steps, one of the questions there has been asked, “Have you ever unsubscribed from emails from Niantic?” I want to resubscribe, and guess I am asking how can I if at all? Is this maybe a back end thing?
I am not receiving statistics emails. I have tried all of the troubleshooting techniques, but the issue persists. I do receive the standard Pokémon GO emails, as well as all submission-related emails.
Still no email. (I hadn’t spoken up before, but am a real-life local to gbutter and have been doing all the same troubleshooting as he has been advised.)
I haven’t receive the email so far. I hope it comes out soon

Unfortunately I did again not receive the email. Really happy with the “personal” updates I’m getting, thanks for that! And let’s hope there will be a solution soon

I dont think ive ever unsubscribe as i get a monthly email from ninantic for events but never for wayfarer contribution highlights.
I’ve never recieved these emails even though the option of “emails me offers” has always been on. Could I get some help in here to finally recieve them?

If it was already on and you did not receive the emails in previous months, please turn it off and on again to reset the settings.
I too have still not received the automated email. I appreciated the personalized one from the team, but those steps didn’t help me

I was told that I needed to post in the forum to see if I could get the issue with me not receiving the recognition emails resolved. Niantic Tintino looked at my account (and I think took a picture of the email address associated with it) at Pokémon Go Fest Chicago. I know we are just coming off the busy season of in-person events, but I wanted to leave a post here to see if it can be resolved.
Did you see this comment with the troubleshooting steps?
If so, can you verify that you have followed them?
This was checked by Tintino. Since that post (in March), I have not received the recognition email. I receive other Pokémon Go emails and Wayfarer forum emails, but not the one with how my submissions have affected the games.
Still not receiving summary email, although I am receiving emails related to current nominations. I did all the suggested troubleshooting over a month ago.
Those of you who still haven’t gotten a single email and have had the toggle On - any chance you are using Sign in with Apple (perhaps with the address relay / hide my email)?

Me too. But no Pokemon Go promo emails, or those summary emails from Wayfarer.
I am also getting emails from this forum delivered to the original Gmail address.
