I understand you now, and I apologize for the previous misunderstanding. I want to clarify that Pokémon GO has gained massive popularity in a very short time here. The news about new points being accepted and the possibility of filling the entire city with stops and gyms is being widely discussed among both veteran and new trainers. Seeing many players—even those who had previously quit—submitting their own nominations has made me very happy. I’ve noticed many new nominations that weren’t mine, and I don’t want to lose the trainers’ trust in this city. My goal is to develop it into a wonderful place for the game, and eventually, I hope the whole country follows suit. I truly look forward to seeing the landscape filled with stops and gyms everywhere.

Private property only applies for homes, not for businesses or further education.
The rejection for temporary is really aimed at things that are designed to be temporary, for example Christmas decorations in December-they will always be removed in January, so designed to be temporary. A business which may close at some point in future isn’t temporary, although one that is designed as a pop up store for only a week would be.

Education centers for children are not allowed. Education centers for adults are allowed. It would be important for this distinction to be addressed in the nomination text.

I was speaking more generally, not just this one.
I’ve been thinking about suggestions for areas to set up as a community day play area. Unfortunately there is no Google streetview so I can’t look around myself. There are a few parks and beach swim spots that are possible but given the climate you might want somewhere inside too. Think about places where people gather that you might bring family or friends that were visiting. A local food/ craft market, museums, shopping mall, historic site, a central part of town people walk with food and shops. Art and sculptures that are inside a building are also eligible! They can be harder to prove location so you just need more photos. Tile mosaics seem popular there and would be a good place to start. Cafes, restaurants, historic or just artistic carvings, gyms, small religious shrines, given the area even wells are often cultural. The best spot would be an area with many of these things that locals can visit without paying an entrance fee. That way anyone can play. Also somewhere where lots of people walking together looking at thier phones won’t be a big issue.
Shopping mall would be good place. Try getting pogo community leader. You can apply for campsite and get additional pokestop/gym
There are four or five entrances to the Al-Midan Mosque, which I have clearly shown in the pictures and identified in the nominations, naming each entrance accordingly. I am confused as to why they are not being accepted, especially since they have been pending for a while, while other submissions made after them have already been approved.
It is likely that borderline submissions take longer in review, because some people skip them. Easy submissions, whether rejections or approvals, have fewer people skipping so will be quicker in review.
It is also possible that if a submission has the first 20 people rejecting or the first 20 accepting, this will be the result even without asking another 80 people (imagining that it takes 100 reviews for a decision).
Multiple entrances for a single mosque are not an easy acceptance, but not obvious to reject if this is a large mosque.

Each submission will be reviewed on its own merit.
Additionally , if u have multiple submission in same area, i believe only one of it will go in voting at one time. The rest will be in pending until the one in voting reach agreement
