Ya banearon la cuenta de mi hijo y ahora me banearon mi cuenta por que puse un spot en un lugar que no correspondia, pero justamente pedi un lugar que tiene una forma irregular se puede ver claramente en el google map desde arriba.
esa es la plaza en cuestion y no solo eso la parada no me la aceptaron alegaron que la foto que subi contenia violencia o gente siendo atacada, cuando era la foto de la plaza en cuestion, claramente esto ya es personal, no solo banearon la cuenta de mi hijo por “multicuentas” ahora me banearon la mia, realmente deja mucho que desear esto.

This is badly word rejection reason from niantic but it usually used for abuse related rejection
Bus stop are considered street infrastructure and currently are not considered eligible. There are test ongoing though to add street corner and bus stop to help adding wayspot into the map.

In your topic above it does say bus stop when translated. I believe it auto corrected from pokestop.

You dont get banned because translation error. The formal procedure is to appeal in the suspension email or wait till staff DM you.
Suspension email will look like this. From there you can tell which nomination cause the suspension so that you can plan how to appeal to niantic staff
