Reasons:

  1. Nominace je na pozemku vzdělávacího zařízení určeného především pro děti do 18 let.
  2. Místo nominace neodpovídá fotografiím a/nebo mapě.

Playground is not part of the school itself, owner is the City (according to land register). Second reason doesnt make sense. Playground is visible from road (even on Google maps, last update there was 04/26) and photos real.

Does it make sense to appeal on this one or not? Since its close to school (under 18) but its not part of it.

This looks like school property to me, especially from street view. Do you have evidence that this is not part of the school?

This should be it. Number 2 says who is the owner of the land, also its avalible during summer while school is not and in description it says “by the school” and not part of school area.

In my mind, this confirms that the playground is on school property but others can use it outside of school hours. I am not an expert in legal matters in Czechia, and am definitely not staff to make this decision, but I would not have submitted this, and would not appeal this. Will leave this to others to weigh in.
