Please add my multiple accepted wayspots

I nominated multiple spots in my growing neighborhood and 4 were accepted on this small block of shops and murals. The only one that actually came in PoGo and Pikmin was the mural, but the others have not shown up at all. The previous coffee shop used to be a power spot, which was good for coffee patrons, but ever since a new coffee shop took over that shop early in the summer, the power spot disappeared and hasn’t come back.

I nominated the new shop and the expanding bodega next door to it (and both were accepted) because of the amount of customers that stop by and also stay and play niantic games together. But it’s disappointing to see that nothing came of my nominations. Please add them as a pokestop, a GYM would be better, or even a power spot again. Anything to keep this growing neighborhood active and fun again!

So what likely happened here is that you nominated multiple waypoints within the same L17 S2 cell. Here’s an explanation of the inclusion rules that might help explain why not all are visible in game: Why an accepted Wayspot may not be used in Pokemon Go (S2 cells and Pokemon Go)

We don’t currently have an up to date map but if you are willing to pass the GPS Co-ordinates (shown in the email you receive when you first make the nomination) we will be able to show you where the cells fit at the location.

Your nomination may…

  • become a Powerspot (Dynamax / Gigantamax) depending on its proximity to other waypoints.
  • replace the existing waypoint if that is removed for legitimate reasons. ***
  • be used in other Scopely games.

***Do Not attempt to get a legitimate wayspot removed just to get yours on to the map. This is seen as Abuse and can lead to suspension / bans of all accounts (Wayfarer, Pokemon Go and any other Scopely games).

***Also, Don’t misplace your nominations, this can also result in warnings / bans.

Learning about the cells can be helpful when a nomination has more than 1 correct location. Example: for a Football Field It is recommended to place the pin behind 1 of the Goals but you have 2 to choose from.

Once it has been located at a correct position trying to get it moved even to an equally correct position can also lead to warnings / suspensions.
