Please help identifying these markers

Hey, about a year ago I submitted a way spot that I believed to be some kind of old footpath marker. I had tried to look it up online with no result. As seen in the supporting photo the marker read PATH 18 Feet 15 1852. At the time I was unsure what it meant and just assumed it was some sort of footpath indicator. I have recently found out about parish boundary markers which are also commonly used to mark areas. Is anybody able to understand what this is, a footpath marker or boundary marker or something else?

As well as needing help with this old submission I would also like help with identifying this other marker I have come across. It is located in a random spot of grass reading P of E. When looking this up I found nothing but I believe it stands for Parish of Enfield but it could just be a regular marker of some kind. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Any info about rough location? E.g., Louisiana, US, or other uses in the world?

Enfield North London England

The area around the stone marker used to be a grade II listed hospital that burnt down. The marker was originally part of the hospital but is now built into a wall surrounding flats that were built on the location of the hospital. The iron one is around fairly modern flats id estimate around 1930s to 1980s
