I wish someone would teach Emily and others that the LEGO trade mark and the LEGOLAND trade mark are always to be written in CAPS and no -s is to be added to the trade marks
Maybe I should contact the legal team at the LEGO Group and ask them to contact Niantic about this issue but for now I writing about it here

I would ask the following:
- Are you a representative of Lego? (If so, I’ll keep quiet).
- Does it really enrage you that people spell LEGO as Lego or variations thereof? If so, fair play, fill your boots and complain as much as you need to.
Personally, I don’t have a problem with the way Lego is spelt, and I will guess that the majority of players don’t either. The Lego company can complain and get something enforced if they need to… but I can’t see the problem with the lack of capitalisation.

For the purposes of the challenge, however, we are supposed to be making corrections. And I assume this correction is being rejected when it should be accepted.

I do work at the LEGO Group and the LEGO Group is doing a lot for it’s trade mark not to become a public domane which can happen if people don’t write it in CAPS

You’re correct about that

If the edits are being rejected, appeal them and provide as much info as needed so that they can fix the issue. If the ML is rejecting the correct spelling, it can be fixed.

Can completely understand wanting to ensure brand guidelines are followed correctly! Lets hope the ML can learn this

but hopefully they can fix this in time for ML to start accepting these for the challenge. and only two can be appealed, and then 20 days before another one can.
