Recently I nominated a waystop through Pokemon Go and on October 25 I got confirmation that the nomination was accepted. Its been 3 days but the POI has not been created. I know that sometimes due to some block rules pokestops do not appear in game but the poi should have been registered. But thats the problem because the poi has yet to be registered.
Can someone help?

When you say it has not been “registered,” what do you mean? Is the ! for the new Wayspot showing in the nomination map screen when you begin a nomination while you are at the location? Like this:
