hi, i do not receive the medal because I do not see the quiz finalize the link.
Any idea how to get the quiz?
There has not been a quiz in about 2 years.
There is no quiz anymore. Just an onboarding process where you review some information. Once you have done that, restart your app.

Then I restart the app, but I still do not receive the medal. 
You only get the medal after you have participated in Wayfarer. You need to review submissions and earn agreements.
They have recently changed how they calculate Wayfinder rating. New Wayfinder Rating System!
I see… I have 17 nominations accepted so far.. still no medal.
Is there a minimum required in order to receive the medal?

I am not being clear. The medal is NOT for submitting nominations. It is for reviewing them.
Go to https://wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/new/review to do reviews.
You get an agreement when the nomination has been decided if you reviewed the same way as the decision went.
Go to https://wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/new/profile to see how many reviews you have done and how many agreements you have.
If you did mean that you have 17 agreements, the bronze level for the Wayfarer medal is 50. Usually agreements will be a combination of accepted, rejected, and duplicated.
No, I think you are being clear.
Maybe I am not… but either way, the medal just appeared!
