One of Gym was removed and my pokemon is still stuck in it.

Pokemon name: Maršík.
Is there something I can do except for creation of Pokemon go bug which I already did?
I think this is a Pokemon Go issue rather than a Wayfarer issue, so you will need to raise a help ticket in game.

I saw in an old reddit thread that wayfarer community was able to support.
Sadly Pokemon go seems to not have a live support anymore, at least I was only able to talk with a bot or create a bug ticket, which I did.
