Just because a wayspot is accepted, doesn’t mean it’s going to show up in the game. Pokemon Go has a set of inclusion rules, to ensure that Pokestops aren’t too close together. What appears in game is determined by what are called “Level 17 s2 cells”; only one Pokestop will show up in a cell, under most circumstances. 50.000373, 5.203375
Fontaine De Transinne (50.000498,5.203380) is going to be blocking that from appearing as a pokestop/gym.

Also, Lavoir public de Transinne (50.000373,5.203375) is a clear duplicate of Lavoir de la grande Fontaine (50.000409,5.203259) and should not have been accepted
Le pokestop du lavoir n’est pas la fontaine. Ce sont des choses différentes. La fontaine est une fontaine. Le lavoir est historique

As stated in your acceptance email not all wayspots will be used in Pokemon Go.
A: You nomination shares a cell with another wayspot. Only 1 wayspot in each cell will be used in Pokemon Go.
B: Your nomination is a duplicate of another wayspot already in the database which means it should not have been accepted in the 1st place.
Il n’existe pas. Donc ça ne peut pas être un doublon. On me dit dans le mail qu’il apparaît dan 48 heures. C’est vraiment dommage !! Car c’est un vrai endroit à découvrir d’avant la guerre
Two separate wayspots for the same object. The fountain itself is a different wayspot and is the one that is active as a pokestop.
The map shows both of these which are both blocked by “Fontaine De Transinne”
The 2 waypoints as mentioned by @salixsorbus are using the same building as the main photo. If the nominations are 2 different POI then the photos should show this,
The email states that not all accepted waypoints will be used in all games. If it is to be used it should appear within 48 hours.
Yours will not appear as Pokemon Go uses a cell system where only 1 waypoint will be used as a Stop or Gym in each cell.
Some unused waypoints could be used as Dynamax Powerspots but unfortunately not in your case as they are too close to another waypoint.

Je sais ça ! Mais vous ne comprenez pas. Le pokestop aucun des deux n’existe. Je vous envoie toutes les photos. Je pense que vous ne comprenez pas.
Le pokestop lavoir devrait être ici voir photo et il n’y a rien. Est-ce que c’est plus clair pour vous? Il y a 4 choses sur la place.
Et la photo de la fontaine n’est pas correcte non plus mais ça, c’est pas très grave
Salut et bienvenue, relis l’email, ce n’est pas ce qu’il dit 
Pokémon GO a des règles d’inclusion qui t’ont été expliquées plus haut. Tu proposes d’abord des wayspots pour la base de données Wayfarer, ensuite certains d’entre eux, ceux que Pokémon GO a choisis sont synchronisés vers Pokémon GO.
Donc quelque chose qui “n’existe pas” dans Pokémon GO peut tout à fait exister dans Wayfarer. Il n’y a pas de moyen de forcer l’inclusion en reproposant le même objet si la cellule est déjà occupée. C’est le cas de ton lavoir.
Tu peux voir les wayspots supplémentaires sur l’écran de proposition de Pokémon GO ou sur la carte Wayfarer, premier onglet du site Wayfarer.
Est-ce que ça aide un peu à y voir plus clair?
En ce qui concerne les photos, il faut pas hésiter à en ajouter des nouvelles, à condition qu’elles soient du même objet.
Merci, c’est beaucoup plus clair pour moi. En lisant le mail, ça disait que je le verrais dans les 48 heures. Mais je ne savais pas que ça pouvait être un waywpot sans être un pokestop.
Je viens d’avoir une sanction pour un mauvais pokestop d’après la communauté alors qu’il existe aussi, je ne comprends rien alors que quand je vois des faux pokestop, je me pose vraiment des questions sur qui accepte quoi.
Je ne proposerai plus rien. Je pense que c’est mieux.
Le gars juste avant me disait que c’était un doublon alors qu’il n’existait pas. Du coup, je ne comprenais pas.
Je laisse tomber.
