Pokestop comes and goes

I recently got my pokestop nomination approved. And it showed up, but as a power spot (which is fine). But recently it keeps disappearing. It can stay for a day, but then be gone for another 4 days.

Any reason why?
Pokestop is Basketball Court in Taguig Philippines - Acacia Estates.

Powerspot rotate between all powerspot in that area. This is intended behaviour except for special event where you have boost number of powerspot spawn.
