Hey there, does anybody know why pokestops- which had been in the game completely disappear? Like one of them is even on the map anymore…

There are several reasons…
- Reported as against criteria such as on Single Family Private Residence or the Point of Interest has been removed.
- Property Owner Request.
- Map re-calculation. (Sometimes 2 waypoints in the same cell make it to the map which shouldn’t happen, after the area is re-calculated 1 may be removed).
If you want us to look in to a specific wayspot please post the Title and Location (Co-ordinates work best).

exactly. For example I recently had 4 removed, as 2 of them no longer exist (restaurants in a demolished building) and the other 2 became ineligible (a former church building was converted into a school).
