I was out playing pokemon one day when i saw all these pokestops just on the corner of every single road in this area shown below. all of the pokestops you can see are called “street corner at so and so”, and they don’t even have pictures either. So my confusion is, how come pokestops like these get accepted and how could i replicate this for other rural areas in my city?
