Can anyone tell me how to create gym
I already have 3 pokestops in s2 lvl 14 cell
And it’s 6 months still no of them turned in to gym
Nor any gym is there near me

I only have gyms highlighted here on the Map - Pokémon GO site to make it easier to see, but you are not getting a new gym because you already have 3 gyms in this L14:
There is one gym which is near very traffic area and it’s hard to stand there and catch can I removed that gym and create best gym at safe place

I think it’s very useless as it’s there for 4 yrs

I am not sure I understand what you are saying. Wayfarer staff do not remove Wayspots for gameplay convenience. If this truly is a dangerous location, you could report it for unsafe access, but do not file false reports.

Looks perfectly safe, people can enter it.
It is an individual players responsibility to decide where they can safely interact with an in game location. The distance is quite generous. If you don’t feel that you personally can’t interact safely then I would advise that you try other locations.
It is not a reason to remove a valid in game location.
