Basically I uploaded 3 nominations that all were accepted but none showed up in game. I know everyone talks about the s2 squares and whatnot but there aren’t really any wayspots near them and it’s really frustrating that not a single one showed up in game, I have a screenshot of the map and if u want the coordinates just ask

If they were just accepted within the last 48 hours as mentioned in the email, it could be that they haven’t had time to sync into game yet. But if it has been longer than that, it is probably the S2 cells: Why an accepted Wayspot may not be used in Pokemon Go (S2 cells and Pokemon Go)

Also on the iitc app I find it abit unclear as the pokestops are such big circles and at many places there are like four circles that looks to be in on lvl17 s2 cell. And also I can’t see my newly accepted pokestops on that app. It’s been like over 72h
First IITC is no longer useful for this sort of use. There has been no update of data from Wayfarer activity since the company split at the end of May.
Wayfarer now has its own map on the website, use that.
This screenshot uses that map with community derived overlays that show the cells like IITC - search the web for Wayfarer tools.
The red circled ones are those that are stops or gyms. Because you are using IITC which is not only out of date it never did show all Pokémon Go spots as sometimes they were too close to be in Ingress as portals.
Unfortunately all 3 are in occupied cells so can’t be pokestops or gyms.
Your submission 1 can be seen, but it is the same cell as the table tennis. It should be eligible to be a Powerspot at some point. Number 2 can also be a Powerspot. Number 3 is too close to the stop and gym so won’t appear.

Where can I add the s2 cells into the wayfarer map? I can’t find a setting that shows them
