It’s been 4 days and my pokestop hasn’t been placed in game but it was accepted. Also I live on base does that have to do with anything?

If you would like to leave the title and location (gps coordinates from the submission email are best) then we can try to verify if this is the case. There could be other issues, like property owner restrictions, especially in an area like a military base.
