Hi, I got an approved Pokestop but It has not showed up yet.

Not everything that is approved will appear in Pokemon Go since what you are submitting is a wayspot for all Niantic games, not necessartly a pokestop as the submission process explains (incorrectly).
Once a wayspot is approved, there is further proximity check to see if it can appear as pokestop/gym. This wayspot is in the same cell as “Ping Pong Table Lords Close”, so cannot be a pokestop/gym, although it is very likely to be used as a powerspot.

Not what you intended but depending on the spacing it may become eligible to be a powerspot.
