I’m really unsure as to why there are free little library pokestops all around the Neihborhood yet mine is being rejected. I’d love some help on how to get it approved or understanding the street is the entrance to a park and heavily walked and accessible being stop and admire this spot all the time. I see these kinds of pokestops everywhere yet after submitting multiple times it gets rejected.

The usual reason these fail is that the reviewers believe it to be on Single Family Private Residence Property. Remember that even on a border wall / fence or easement where people can reach it without going on the property is still reason to Reject.

Hello these are usually all on sidewalk.. there for not on apart of the property this could be easily abused if you do not understand how property’s work in different city’s it shouldn’t be that easy to reject. I’ve seen some even on the actual property itself. I just don’t think this is a fair way to submit stops.
This is why the reviewers are chosen from people that are “fairly” close so they should understand how the property rules work in that area.
At the moment I can only go on guesses as you have not given us any detail to go on.
Most locations have official maps that you could use to prove that it is / is not on Private Property.
