I would like suggestions on whether this place is suitable and help with the descriptions to submit. The location is a party venue with a pool, a playground, and several animal murals. I would like to know if this location is accepted since it is a party venue. since it’s a private location but with a lot of people coming and going.

What do you mean? It’s a place for parties in general; you just rent the space and have a birthday party, get-together, wedding reception, rent it out to have a barbecue with friends, etc. A party venue that you can rent.

These look great, although I’d love to see the mural submitted first if it will create a stop or gym, since that would make a nice postcard! Private Property like businesses, restaurants, gyms, zoos are all fine: single-family private properties are ineligible, of course. The mural shown looks to be one continuous mural, though, so I’d submit it as a single work of art.
