Pokestop turned down

When submitting a Wayspot Appeal, make sure to include as much of the following information as possible: Nominated a pokestop that was turned down but was clearly an art mural. Not sure why it got turned down but this is the 2nd nomination that has been turned down. Almost feels pointless and definitely defeating for someone to want to submit a nomination. Especially with no clear explanation as to why it was turned down.
