Does Anybody knows if there is a problem with the sync? My pokestop was accepted 3 days ago and still no pokestop to see on Pokémon go, I also looked at the C2/17 cell en there are only 2 pokestops more, so I thought the 3th would maybe a gym, or am i wrong?

You seem to know about level 17 S2 cells, but I’m guessing you may have misunderstood how they work, as your nomination is in the same level 17 S2 cell as “Blauwe/Rode wandelroute Hoge Kempen”, which is the active Pokéstop for that cell.
It does appear to be far enough away to be added to the Power Spot rotation during next month’s Power Spot sync though.
So it is not going to be a gym?
No. Currently there are two gyms in the level 14 S2 Cell where this nomination is. One is “Combi wandelroute + paardrijroute 93” and the other is “blauwe/groene wandelroute + loopbaan - terboekt”. In order to get a third gym in this level 14 S2 cell, the combined number of Pokéstops and Gyms in the cell needs to be 20.

Here is the official Wayfarer Map of the area with Tools showing the cells.
The Green Cells (S2 L17) can only contain 1 Wayspot (either Pokestop or Gym).
The larger Red Cell (S2 L14) is the 1 that determines how many Gyms depending on how many L17 cells are occupied within the L14 cell.
2 Wayspots = 1 Pokestop + 1 Gym
6 Wayspots = 4 Pokestops + 2 Gyms
20 Wayspots = 17 Pokestop + 3 Gyms
You currently have 10 Occupied L17 cells (8 Pokestops + 2 Gyms). You will need another 10 wayspots in Empty L17 cells within the L14 cell to get another Gym.
