Partially agree what you said. Looking on 360* it is very clear to me that this deleted portal can easily accessible from road side shops as well ( I mean safe distance).

Bro, there’s a constant white line around the portal location, and if you have a driving license, you should know what it means!
Also, a barrier has been placed there to provide a safer standing area. I never heard of a car hitting a barrier and then the barrier hitting a person!

That white line is irrelevant. There is no marked crossing point to get into the white lined area and that’s what Niantic looks for when it comes to objects in the middle of roundabouts. That’s what we’re trying to tell you. No amount of arguing will change the fact that there isn’t a crossing point here, and so the wayspot was correctly removed.
A few years back Niantic did actually do a massive purge on roundabout wayspots for this exact reason.

Es una rotonda que parece transitada , pero con ésto de los 80 mts no debería haber problema , sí niantic lo considera así esperemos que te la acepte
Waypoints, como regla, tienen que tener acceso peatonal directo hasta el objeto. El alcanze de 80 metros en PoGo no cambia esta regla. No todos los juegos utilizan el mismo alcanze. Niantic ya tomo una decision aqui Portal Restoration Request - #24 by NianticAaron
