Additional Information (if any): I believe this PokéStop is placed in an inappropriate location, as it is situated on a vehicle access driveway, which may create a safety concern. Additionally, I am not certain whether this is also a fire brigade or emergency access route.
If possible, I would appreciate any tips on how to verify this (for example, how to check official maps indicating emergency access).
Thanks for the reply. You are right that it is really difficult to see the exact position on Apple Maps, as the images don’t clearly show the precise location.
The gym is actually located directly at the marked point, just around 3 meters further back in the driveway/entrance area. You can also see this in the photos I attached.
The safety issue is that players gathering there can block the entrance/access area for vehicles and pedestrians.
I will also add some additional photos tomorrow to better show the exact location and the access situation.

We are seeing a rise in removal requests to remove Wayspots that are being used as gyms in Pokemon Go. Making a request simply to manipulate the game board can be seen as abuse. If you have not made the removal request already, I would not recommend making this one.
Looking at the pictures… if you are concerned about pedestrian safety, you could perhaps do a small location edit just to move the stop into the landscaping area next to the driveway / parking area.
The wayspot itself must be safely accessible. If there is an unsafe space near to it where players can gather and interact, that is irrelevant. Consider a wayspot on the pavement. Players could gather in the road, which is just a few meters away, but this doesn’t make that wayspot unsafe.
