In octobter i created a nomination and it got accepted and then after 1 month it appeared as power spot.
Since it was the only power spot near it stayed there for around 5 months without disappearing once but 23 days ago on second max it disappeared and it never returned until today.
Im the wayfarer map and the pogo map the wayspot is still there but the power spot never returned. Why?

Did any pokestop/gym got approved nearby? Community observed that powerspot need to be at least 22m from nearby pokestop/gym in order for it to appear. Is it possible to share the coordinate?
Alternately, its possible that another powerspot is in rotation and your powerspot is just on rotation
Nothing happened here. Theres nothing new and nothing moved and it was the only power spot in the cell

To answer your question, Power Spots are volatile locations and may not stay in the same location for long and will appear and disappear at different locations on the Map over time.
