Pseudo-religion can be to POI approved?

I’m not trying to talk about religion. There’s a gym in a church that turned out to be a cult in my area. It’s a signpost that’s located in a parking lot and has their doctrines written down. It’s not accessible to anyone who’s not part of this sect. However, there’s no problem with raid or spin in the game. It’s a Protestant lineage and officially ruled a cult cult, but it’s not an illegal organization because religious freedom is legally guaranteed. In this case, can we ask for the gym to be deleted? The gym is separated from the general sidewalk with just one facade in between. Sometimes when a group of people gather for a raid, the congregation come out to look at or talk to me. There are opinions that the gym should be removed and that it’s not possible because it’s a religious facility, so what’s true?

This does not appear suitable for deletion. It appears that players should use more caution when playing there; if they feel uncomfortable being looked at or talked out, they should choose to play somewhere else.

Not every wayspot has to be accessible to every person. The wayspot is physically accessible to members of the sect, which is equivalent to a gated community and is therefore explicitly allowed. The sect could choose to request from Niantic that the wayspot is removed/gym removed/wayspot disabled as they are on the property owners.

Does the “cult” have a problem with people gathering there? There are means for organizations to remove or limit the functionality of gyms. There’s one near me that never has raids for this reason.

What define cult and not. As long its not illegal or banned religion, i personally think its ok.

I think it could still be a great place to socialise for people who share those specific beliefs - as long as its not a banned group then I don’t see an issue

I believe any DM has to be initiated by @NianticAaron. Normally this is what happens when people post about suspensions (different topic obviously). Regular users (you, me, everyone apart from Niantic and ambassadors) cannot start DMs, only reply to them.
