Do you guys know how far can stops be located near kindergardens, schools and highschools. Also if its allowed for something that is like mosaic that is at the front of one of these examples from above and is visible from outside, allowed to be created?
The restriction is the school property including the external boundary, which is the same as for single-family private residential property. This means any mosaic on the exterior wall of a school is strictly not eligible.
Anything on the space outside of the school, not part of the school grounds but near to it, is generally OK.
