Still the same generic reason. No specific reason. Funny how I spin multiple arches pokestops in other village when I go to the office. Community is getting bigger in the village and I am trying to have more nominations, it just gets rejected every time.

Note. Just because other nominations are in does not mean yours will be. We don’t know if criteria changed after they got in. We don’t know their full nomination details to know why they go in. And community perceptions of what should be in or not change over time. It is frustrating for sure
But share the full nomination details and let the peeps here have a look. Hopefully we can suggest ways to improve.
Wayfarer are run by community so there will be grey area especially for things like your example. Some reviewer are stricter than other but at the same time, some other reviewer might more lax. Those who want more pokestop sometime blatantly accept anything in review.
Because of this, there are some incorrectly approved wayspot out there. You are free to report those wayspot for removal if you think they are problematic. But you cant use existing wayspot as basis for approval. The wayspot might be more artistic or historical than your nomination, it might have more supporting information which you cant see.
As the description text looks like it can be improved. But without the full nomination it is a bit harder.
