I sent photos of two mural nominations and coordinates.
One is already in the game, which is from the Elloa space, and the other was rejected.
Both nominations are mine; I sent both, one was accepted and the other wasn’t.
I only sent the other one that’s already in the game as an example.

I do understand, the point is, that no matter what you would do, only one wayspot can be active in that cell (see the red lines) as a pokestop or gym.
When I would review this, I would consider this still as the same mural, as it is a mural in the same area, so I would mark it as a duplicate. Other reviewers may disagree, but you would need some luck.
And as the real distance between the two murals is only a few meters, a second wayspot would not even be a powerspot.

So if you really want to try again, nominate the swimmingpool, a swimmingpool is usually easy to get accepted, it is easy to confirm the location (from the satellite view). But just be aware, that it will probably never be a pokestop/gym, as there is already a pokestop.
Edit: my mistake, the cell is empty, so a pokestop should appear, however the pool is certainly easier to get accepted.

You’re confusing the locations; they are two completely different places with two different murals.
What I want to add isn’t “there’s far away,” the location you sent is just an example.

So the facts are…
- You used a photo that you did not take yourself and has already been used online. The exact definition of “3rd Party Image”.
- You misplaced the waypoint by at least 10 metres.
This makes the rejection 100% correct and your original insult even more rediculous.
Are you going to deny that there are many, not all, but there are many evaluators who do whatever they want? As I said before, there should be a mandatory training system; before an evaluator evaluates for the first time, they would be required to watch a video lesson on how to evaluate correctly and then answer a 10-question questionnaire, and if they get 7 wrong, they are disqualified from evaluating community suggestions.
Even here, many people have complained about this, about suggestions being rejected for no reason, and when you go to evaluate them here you see that there really was no reason for the rejection, and they ask them to resubmit them.
I don’t even remember who from the community it was, but I’ve seen someone say “you have to be lucky with the evaluator”.
This is basically how it used to work. For some reason, Niantic chose to remove that barrier. Many of us agree that education is sadly lacking and would love to see some kind of educational system implemented. But we don’t make the decisions.
