    I’ve been trying to put this Pokestop by the Villa Esperanza Apartments sign because I see people hang out over there all of the time and I want somewhere to do raids locally by my apartments as well. It is really unfair I have to stay by my house without anything to do, I have 20 Premium Battle Passes and Raid Passes and no Raid Passes, I really want a Pokestop there and I hope it turns into a Gym.

It does have a Park as well and it does have a Barbecue spot, which is usually outside my house

Hi and welcome, a sign for an apartment usually wouldn’t meet criteria, but perhaps there are shared amenities like a playground, pool, or gym?

If I have the correct place, all of these seem potentially eligible, maybe even the landscaping if there’s something like a fountain or a scenic bench?
