Yesterday I reported a pokestop on 52.504977, 4.766742 The report is rejected. This pokestop is a grave. Why would you reject a report on a grave? This is a dead person.

Generally, removal criteria are stricter then submission criteria.
A grave of a local person (not famous) that is in an active part of a cemetery/graveyard would not be eligible.
A grave of a famous person in a non-active part of a cemetery/graveyard, or in a different location by itself, would usually be very eligible.
There is a cemetery near me which is no longer active and has lots of signs encouraging people to walk around and explore it.
