This wayspot is in front of a single apartment, even though its current location is the turnaround area of the yard… Named as community playground, but it is in fact the other end of a clothes drying rack with a swing tied to it. It is not in public area!

Thanks for the appeal @jpotkukelkka We took another look at the Wayspot in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time.
