Is there any way to remove an appeal I sent in? I realized when I submitted an appeal for a waystop that there is already a power spot for it. I’m trying to avoid further penalties because I accidentally did this with another stop, not realizing it was a power stop. These were the first two submissions I placed and now am educated on how to find existing waystops before submitting.

The Appeal is for Deer Valley Step Up on my account. It was foolish to submit it considering there was a power spot and didn’t realize it.
If a powerspot was created from a wayspot that was submitted by another player, submitting another wayspot will simply result in rejection as duplicate - no other issues will come from that.
If a powerspot was imported directly into Pokemon Go, this doesn’t prevent a wayspot being submitted for the same thing, but it also doesn’t mean that thing is necessarily eligible to be a wayspot.
Generally, if there is no photo and no description, the wayspot was created from an import directly into Pokemon Go.
This appeal has been rejected four days ago.
