Request for correction of locations and expansion of nomination radius

Hello, community!
I’m asking for your support to correct the locations of three Wayspots in Capiatá (Central, Paraguay) and to enable new nearby nominations (within 20 m) to be properly considered. Below are the details for each:

  1. ID/Name: Divino Niño Play Space #1
    • Current location (rejected): -25.383893, -57.404516
    • Proposed location: -25.383943, -57.404438

• Justification: The Wayspot is located at the pedestrian entrance, but the playground equipment is located 8 m to the northwest. The new coordinate points to the center of the playground, improving the experience and vision for players.
• Visual evidence:
o Google Maps screenshot with the current Wayspot (red marker) and the correct location (green marker).

  1. ID/Name: Divino Niño Jesús Plaza Playground #2
    • Current location (rejected): -25.383892, -57.404409
    • Proposed location: -25.383528, -57.404544

• Justification: The marker is currently moved toward a vehicular traffic corridor; the actual point of interest (children’s playground) is 35 m southwest, next to the plaza’s roundabout. The correction improves safety and mapping accuracy.

  1. ID/Name: Divino Niño Plaza Swings
    • Current location (improved but not accepted): -25.383748, -57.404375
    • Proposed location: -25.383765, -57.404206

• Justification: The swings are installed 17 m east of the marked point; the new coordinate places the Wayspot on the central axis of the attraction.

Reasons for Appealing for Ambassador Assistance
These three Wayspots are very close together (distances less than 20 m). For this reason, and so that future nominations in the plaza and park are not automatically rejected due to overlap, I request the following:

  1. Correctly relocate the three existing Wayspots.
  2. Adjust the exclusion radius to 15 m if possible, or manually validate nominations within 20 m, given that each attraction is different (swings, slides, playground).
  3. I am requesting these edits through this forum, as I have made several attempts using the Pokémon Go and Ingress Prime games. The results have already been appreciated (REJECTED).
  4. As a brief note, I would like to suggest enabling an option to briefly and in detail justify the reason for requesting this edit.
Because this feature doesn’t exist, edits are often rejected because many reviewers (including myself) don’t know, in most cases, which is the “existing” location of said Wayspots and which is the “correct” location.
As a personal experience, I used the edit in the description to provide information to reviewers about why I was requesting these modifications. However, this not only resulted in an effort that yielded no results, but ALSO, unfortunately, caused me a penalty on my Wayfarer reviewer account (warning and performance rating reduction).
Thank you in advance for your time and reviews. Any suggestions or questions are welcome!

Additionally, I attach the locations of said wayposts in case the edits to this post are accepted. I also want to show that no existing waypot is being requested to be placed in an inappropriate location or in a location other than its actual and legitimate location. As well as the existence of already accepted nominations that have been affected by these proximity to existing Wayspots.

Its very confusing to see so many request at once. I dont know which picture for which one. U should mark red circle to make people see easier.

Anyway just gentle reminder
Never edit location away from its actual location for game purpose because its subject to ladder abuse system.

Last, why dont u use help chat ?

This is example of it

But for ur information, help chat team may not necessarily put the pin in your recommended location. He/she can use his/her own judgment to pick the spot. Below is my personal experience

Hey, like TjoeMi said, you can just use help chat. Location edits requests and appeals are not being taken on the forum.

Are these 3 wayspots not all part of the same play area? It’s kinda hard to tell without street view, but they all look to be in the same location more or less, and there are a couple of other nearby wayspots which also seem to be related to play areas.

Hi, I am not sure what Ambassador Assistance is since ambassadors don’t handle location edits, but echoing the above, wayspot location edits for game convenience are indeed unlikely to be addressed and likely to get you warned. It is hard to see here, but it seems unlikely to me that everything you show on the photos can appear in your games of interest without the locations being wrong, and I agree with Hank that it is unlikely that the objects were all separately eligible. I strongly doubt a request to change what can appear in-games can be addressed, especially not on the Wayfarer forum, which does not deal with game inclusion rules.

Note that nothing is ever rejected due to proximity. It only means it can’t appear in a specific game. In the case of Pokémon GO there are additional inclusion rules that can make a wayspot appear as a Power Spot. Valid location edits can be addressed by help chat with proof such as geotagged photos, as said above.

Sorry if this is not the feedback you wanted to hear, but I hope it clarifies what can be done through Wayfarer or not.
