Additional Information : This place is a residental area for those who own the property only accessible. What’s more? I try to walk inside into the village. And the gate security guards stopped me. “What’s your business?” asked security guards. I answered, “I’m here for the Poke Gym And Pokestop”. “Sorry, we won’t allow you for that. It’s private property.”
Therefore, I missed opportunity to make a boss Raid on Pokemon GO. Just because It’s a private property.
Am I wrong or what? If those public park are meant to be private. Then, should it really be accepted as wayspot?
Think of it this way; you have to pay for an airline ticket to get past security, but there are plenty of Pokestops there at the airport.

Not every wayspot has to be accessible to every player. Wayspots are allowed in restricted areas, in places you have to pay to get to, in gated communities, at businesses etc. It would be extremely restrictive if wayspots were only allowed in public spaces because it is remarkable how much of what we considered to be public space is actually private.
