9 - 11 Monument

I do not know where this is. When I asked in Google Maps, I was taken to Maxwell Airforce Base. No other park that I got when searching for 9-11 Memorial or 9-11 Park had to do with September 11.
My issues besides I don’t drive are I am almost 7 hours from Montgomery, Alabama. The other is victimz ends with an s not z. Since the person who gave me the gift does not live in Alabama, I have no other way to ask this be edited besides here. If this is put into Niantic Wayfarer for the edit, I am okay with that.
I went to Orlando from Dallas via plane last year and back but each flight was nonstop. I have never been to Montgomery. The closest I have been was either then or in 2019.
A friend and I did go to and from Atlanta but never south of the Birmingham Metro Area.

Here is the coordinates. It’s on an Airforce base in Montgomery. Maybe somone on staff will see this and help you out, but definitely going to need some one with access to the base otherwise.
I don’t recall if you can do edits via the Wayfarer map, I know you can report for removal, but it might be worth checking.
Before Ingress was removed, a limited amount was possible. That’s not possible now. I could use my leveled Ingress account for some things except Sponsored locations. I understand what you meant and used my Pokémon GO account to correct a Wayspot’s location directly. We cannot do things like that anymore. I will try contacting the Campfire group after joining to see if somebody will try to make the edit. At least one person has access to the base.
There is not “Edit” option but I have seen others suggest selecting any of the options then state that you just want to make an edit.
IMO: The help chat is probably your best bet but again I don’t think there is an “Edit” option so pick the closest and explain.
State that you believe the spelling is insensitive when used at such a location.

I joined the Campfire group there which is inactive but got an invite to the Discord group and made the request there in DM. I was told by the person that he will pass the request to one of the people who play at the AFB and shared the location since he was likely an admin in that servier. Thank you for this information again
