Request to reinstate a removed wayspot

When submitting a Wayspot Appeal, make sure to include as much of the following information as possible:

At the given coordinates, there used (until today) to be a Wayspot/PokeStop on top of the ‘bicyclelane 80’ roadsign, but it has been removed for no clear reason. From what I can tell, the Wayspot wasn’t breaking any of the set rules, so I would like to request a second look at the removal and hopefully reinstate the Wayspot.

Welcome the wayfarer forums.

I see that you are appealing a wayspot removal for a numbered biking route.

I am sad to inform you that all biking routes which use a number as route are considered basic infrastructure by the Niantic Team, as a result this wayspot will most likely not be reinstated.

There are already disappearing more and more of these wayspots, and this is a case of one of them.

It is good that you appealed, but unfortunately it is most likey not succesfull.
