This Wayspot was removed a few days ago, and I have no idea why. From my point of view, it meets all the acceptance and approval criteria. It’s an official monument, literally surrounded by a sidewalk and located at an crossing accessible from all sides. The chapel’s significance to the community is described on the photographed sign and on this local website:

The Isidorhäuschen was built in 1925 as a foundation of the neighborhood “op de Schanz.” The neighborhood still cares for it today. The chapel stands on the land of the Sevelen Catholic Church. Years ago, the Sevelen parish – under Pastor Gerhard M. Hoffacker – donated part of the property surrounding the house to the municipality of Issum so that a much-needed bicycle path could be built for the schoolchildren. In return, the municipality took over the maintenance of the grounds around the chapel.

Every Whit Tuesday, the believers of the neighborhood celebrate mass there, and a sacramental altar is erected there during the Corpus Christi celebrations. The Isidor Chapel is thus a visible symbol of the connection between the seven farms in this neighborhood, all of which have existed since the 16th century. This (original) field chapel was built not only to pay homage to the patron saint of farmers, but also to commemorate the citizens who died in the First World War and as a reminder of the difficult times during the Belgian occupation. […] (google translator).

The interior of the chapel is not open to the public, but I assume that (as with other buildings) this is not a decisive factor, especially since the monument itself is accessible all around. This is confirmed by the attached photos and satellite images, and can be seen using Google Maps.
Edit Mar 28: I forgot to mention that this wayspot was the starting / ending point of several routes (8 iirc). After all two routes still pass it. This also proves the accessibility of the wayspot.

For the reasons stated, I would be very grateful if the removal of the waypoint could be reconsidered. Thank you in advance!

PS: The geotag function on my camera seems to be broken, as those picutres were obviously not taken in Cologne…
