[Restoration Request] Original '놀이터' Wayspot was incorrectly removed due to reviewer error

When submitting a Wayspot Appeal, make sure to include as much of the following information as possible:

As you can clearly see in the attached help chat screenshots, I explicitly stated “아니 저것 때문에 접수한 게 아닌데 (No, I didn’t submit for that reason)” to object to the system’s malfunction. Furthermore, I desperately tried to cancel the submission and reset the conversation by typing “처음으로 (To the beginning)” and “reset”.
However, Niantic’s chatbot and support team completely ignored my clear intention to cancel and refuse. Instead, they unilaterally enforced the ‘Location Edit’ at 5:24 PM on the same day, deleting the valid playground Wayspot. This is a clear system malfunction and a reviewer’s error without user consent. Please roll back this error immediately.

I’m a bit confused. The playground you mentioned shows a different picture that matches the background of the nearby waypoint for a pavilion. Both are together and not in the location that you mention. It appears there are actually 2 playgrounds here. The one you mentioned is in the same cell as the pavilion and does not appear in pogo but looks to now be in the correct spot.

Thank you for your reply. Now I finally understand what went wrong.

Originally, there was a PokéStop at coordinates 36.487409, 127.301114, and since a playground actually exists there, I thought we were talking about the same one.

After double-checking based on your comment, I realized that the original submitter of that PokéStop used the photo of a completely different playground (located at 36.487909, 127.300462) and pinned it to the 36.487409, 127.301114 location. I have no idea why they used a photo from a different playground to create that stop.

I was actually trying to ask about the playground at 36.487909, 127.300462 for a different reason, which caused the confusion.

Since this was a PokéStop I used frequently, all of its data and history have now disappeared. Is there any way to recover or fix this issue?

Since the playground looks to be in its correct location and another waypoint in that cell is already a pokestop, this playground will not become a pokestop again. The point still exists and may be used in other games or as a powerspot in the future. Sorry.
